Playermaker membership terms

When you purchase a Playermaker Individual (PMI) system, you’re agreeing to a membership that includes both the physical device and an active subscription to the Playermaker / CityPlay App and services. Below is an overview of our Playermaker Conditions and Terms of Sale.

What's Included?

  • Your purchase may include the full device set or individual components (sensors, straps, case, charging cable).
  • Access to the Playermaker / CityPlay App (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play) is included, and full functionality begins once your subscription is active.

Subscription & Payments:

  • You’ll choose a subscription plan during checkout, and fees will depend on the plan selected.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable (except where required by law).
  • Subscription fees are exclusive of taxes, customs, and duties.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • If you start with a free trial, charges will begin after the trial ends unless you cancel on time. If canceled during the free trial, you must return the device and may be charged return shipping fees.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Orders are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times may vary due to third-party couriers.
  • You’ll assume responsibility for the device once it’s delivered.
  • Playermaker retains ownership of the device until the minimum subscription fees have been paid.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
  • Used straps are non-refundable.

Using the App:

  • The Playermaker / CityPlay Apps work in tandem with the device and can’t be used independently.
  • To fully access and upload data in the app, your subscription must be active and paid in full.
  • Use of the app is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Data Sharing (API Feature):

  • If you'd like to share your data with coaches, clubs, or third parties, Playermaker can activate an API feature upon request. This is subject to API Terms.

Important Reminders:

  • The device is not intended for medical use. Always consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain, injury, or physical symptoms.
  • Misuse of the app or device may result in account suspension or reporting to authorities.
  • Playermaker reserves the right to adjust pricing, features, and availability at any time.

Order & Account Info:

  • You’re responsible for keeping your purchase and billing information up to date.
  • Orders may be canceled or adjusted if errors are found (e.g., pricing or stock availability).
  • Orders placed by resellers or distributors may be declined.
